Higher Ed in the U.S. is going down the tubes.

I hope that this commercial has absolutely no affiliation with my school.

What's so funny about this commercial is that it's targeted towards students who didn't do well in high school. The idea of getting a degree is to make 25k more a year but they don't even say what profession they're supposedly going to make more money with.

And as far as 25K more a year? Well, assuming that a high school grad slaving at an $8-10 fast food job/cashier job which comes to maybe 22k a year, I would be ecstatic that I get to earn just over 40k a year. Clearly, I'm biased.
